These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Empire AI ("the App"), developed and operated by Aetos Systems ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Empire AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscription

Empire AI Premium

Subscription name: Empire AI Premium
Price: 79 kr / month (or local equivalent)
Billing period: Monthly
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period when cancelled.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App.

All content in Empire AI — including text, images, AI-generated responses, and design — is the property of Aetos Systems or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that historical information provided is always accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aetos Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
